JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

LOCATION:  Caymanas Track Limited

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Marketing and Off Track Betting (OTB) of Caymanas Track Limited (CTL); Understanding the Company’s consumers and global markets while building and executing strategies that enhance CTL’s relationship with them, growing the Company’s brands and revenues profitably. Expected to grow sponsorships to ensure profitable race days and support the CEO in ensuring a successful and growing business driven by high levels of engagement with all key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. in Marketing or any other related field; A minimum of seven (7) years experience directly in the field of Marketing with a least two (2) years at the Management level; Excellent supervisory, interpersonal oral and written communication skills; Excellent leadership, organizational and people management skills; Honesty, confidentiality and Integrity; Excellent Multi-tasking and problem solving skills with propensity for action; The ability to meet deadlines, be an effective team player and demonstrate a high level of flexibility and initiative are also required; The incumbent may be required to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
