On Tuesday a motion brought to the Jamaican House of Representatives (lower house) for the decriminalisation of ganja (marijuana) was passed after some extensive debate. The motion which was brought by Raymond Pryce, Member of Parliament for North East St. Elizabeth.  The question is where will this motion go? Will a bill ever reach The Senate (upper house) and be passed as law?
