Administrative Assistant

Location: Cari-Med Ltd., Kingston

Description: Prepares and disseminates documents as required by the I.T Manager and Team Leaders; Procures quotes and pro forma invoices from suppliers & prepares purchase orders; Maintains records of hardware and cycles for software licensing & enhancement; Provides Help Desk support to users and follows up to ensure satisfactory close; Updates content to Website when required

Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Management Studies/Administrative Management; Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution; Certified Professional Secretaries Designation (CPS) an asset; Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity ideally with exposure to information technology; Result oriented & assertive, with a strong customer and team orientation; Sound communication & organizational skills, and a meticulous approach to work; Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Great Plains applications
