Air Jamaica Closes The Ticket Office In Toronto, Canada

Air Jamaica’s Toronto Ticket Office is now closed.  Ticketing services will now be available to passengers as follows:

AirJamaica.com – Credit card ticket purchases with no ticketing fees

Reservations Centre – Credit card ticket purchases

    (800) 523-5585

YYZ Airport – Cash and credit card ticket purchases

-   Authorized 7th Heaven ticket redemptions

-   Tickets requiring an exchange of coupon or payment by voucher

The hours for these ticketing channels are:

AirJamaica.Com 7 days 24 hours

Reservations Center  7 days 6:00am to 12:00 midnight EST

Toronto Pearson lnt’l Airport 7 days 3:00pm to 5:00pm

“Most airline tickets are now purchased at AirJamaica.com or through travel agencies, and it makes sense to incorporate these functions into our Reservations and Airport offices,” said Bruce Nobles, Air Jamaica’s President and CEO.
