Reggae Artist Akshan to perform at Hurricane Katrina Benifit Concert: Washington, DC – Saturday, September 17th, 2005.

As those effected by Hurricane Katrina scramble to pick up the pieces and
rebuild I am compelled to give as much time and energy to help as I am able
to. Aside from donating all proceeds from online sales of CD to the American
Red Cross disaster relief effort. A very good friend of mine whose family
lost a lot in the disaster will be hosting a benefit concert for the victums
of this disaster. Akshan along with other performing acts will be on hand.
Please join us in rasing funds.

Every dollar raised will go to support the recovery of the people of New
Orleans. If you know New Orleans you know that music is a huge part of the
culture. Music and artistry also has many healing properties which I’m sure
that we could all use right now. Even if you have given to the relief
efforts already please join us and give whatever you can.

I hope to see you all on Saturday September 17th.

We will rebuild!
