No surprise as double sprint Olympic and 200m world champion Usain Bolt walked away with the top honour, the Founder’s Award for Excellence, at Friday evening’s inaugural Racers Track Club Zenith Awards at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
Bolt, who retained his 200m world title in 2011 and was also named the IAAF Male Athlete of the Year, received the honour which exemplified a member of the club who is “extraordinary” and “consolidated the reputation of the club as a capital of excellence”. Read more>>
