iDream Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing underserved and at-risk youth with the tools and resources they need to achieve their dreams. iDream Inc takes a holistic, comprehensive approach in supporting youth development–spanning education, mentoring, and health & nutrition. Children and youth served are between the age of 8 and 18, located in impoverished communities in Atlanta and in Jamaica.
This year, they have challenged themselves to make a positive difference not only in the immediate community but in the international community as well.
iDream Inc. will host their 3rd annual charity fashion show, “Sweet Dreams Couture” on Saturday, December 7th, 2013. 100% of the funds raised will go towards providing a breakfast and lunch program to students at Scotts Hall Primary School and St. Alban’s Primary, which are both located in one of the most impoverished communities in Jamaica. iDream Inc. teaches their students in Atlanta to become global citizens, and seek to expose them to the poor conditions that other children around the world face.
“Sweet Dreams Couture” is a collaborative fashion and trunk show highlighting the industry’s premier and emerging fashion designers and artists. The event will be held at the Colony Square Mall: 1197 Peachtree St NE #511, Atlanta, GA 30361. The fashion show will engage the community and provide an opportunity for students to showcase their creative talents. This year’s event will consist of a trunk show, followed by a fashion runway show which will include performances by youth and other young upcoming performing artists. The event is poised to receive unprecedented press exposure and bring even more notoriety to iDream and its sponsors.
