BUJU BANTON SET TO PERFORM TOMORROW AT HISTORIC RETURN OF REGGAE SUNSPLASH IN JAMAICA
– New Dancehall Album TOO BAD Set for Release on September 12th 2006 –

(Kingston, JA/New York/NY – 4, August 2006) Dancehall-reggae icon Buju Banton aka Gargamel is set to blaze the stage on Saturday night at the long-awaited return of BMobile Reggae Sunsplash in Ocho Rios, Jamaica this weekend. The historic festival’s “International Night” will also feature performances from Maxi Priest, Steele Pulse, UB40, Damian Marley, and many others.

Buju Banton and The Shiloh Band will juggle selections from Banton’s extensive catalog of dancehall and roots reggae classics as well as debut new songs from the forthcoming dancehall album Too Bad, which is scheduled to hit stores on September 12th 2006 on Gargamel Music, Inc. The label is being distributed in North America by Tommy Boy Distribution. Nature Sounds Distribution will distribute to the rest of the world.
