Calabar Students Encouraged By Champs, School Challenge Wins

Students at the Red Hills Road-based Calabar High school this morning arrived at the institution claiming a win in the recently concluded ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Championships has given them a new level of encouragement.

“The win it has made me proud, it has given me a new reason to come to school,” said second form student, Bradley Vaughn Madden.?

Tajhe Sutherland, another student, agreed.?

“The victory in Champs and also School Challenge Quiz made me feel very encouraged,” said Sutherland.?

Not to be outdone, the celebration has also extended into communities off Red Hills Road.?

“Mi love the win for the youth dem, mi feel proud; dem make the community proud,” said Oniel Walters, a resident from the area.
