Caribbean Airlines Cargo Transports Horses

Caribbean Airlines Cargo recently transported 15 thoroughbred horses from Kingston, Jamaica to Trinidad and Tobago. The horses, from the award winning Ham Stables and Everblade Farms Jamaica, were shipped on the airlines’ Boeing 767, all cargo freighter.

Caribbean Airlines Cargo is experienced in facilitating the transportation of horses within the region and can ship up to 44 horses on its freighter. The airline offers a full service, where its telesales team works closely with veterinary offices and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and the safe passage of the animals. It makes certain that the horses are comfortable while flying and has as part of the airline’s Team, United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) certified groomsmen along with world class stalls to house the animals during flight.

Caribbean Airlines is experienced in transporting a range of live animals including dogs, cats, ducklings and tropical fishes and customers are able to track items in real time.

The airline also ships general cargo, perishables, human remains, dangerous goods, valuable cargo and diplomatic documents to any country in the world using its vast network of inter-airline agreements.
