“This year’s banquet was a rousing success. Everything, including the emcees, honorees, attendees, sponsors, supporters, food, and entertainment contributed to the wonderful ambiance. The CBA proudly recognized outstanding advocates in the Caribbean-American community, who fight injustice and educate the public about pressing issues facing them, and generated much needed funding for our scholarship program. We are very appreciative of our new and long-standing sponsors who generously contributed to underwrite the banquet as well as our other guests. It is our desire for the banquet to continue to grow so that the mission of the CBA to inform, educate and empower the public will continue successfully,” said President Alison Smith.
