Staff WriterWHO: The Atlanta Caribbean Carnival Bandleaders Association, the official organizers of the Official Atlanta Caribbean Carnival, in partnership with the Wyndham Garden Hotel and Baymont Inn and Suites. In attendance will be, Atlanta City Counsil member Kwanza Hall. Kwanza Hall represents District 2 which is Atlanta’s most socio-economically and culturally diverse district.
WHAT: A press conference to recognize diverse community leaders who are instrumental in progressing the understanding, awareness and support of Caribbean arts and culture; activating the depth of the significance of the Atlanta Caribbean Carnival’s theme: “ONE FLAG“ Celebrating 21 Years.“ Costumes from various bands will also be on display.
