Cecile Disappointed Due To Cancelled Africa Show

CeCile would like to advise all her loyal fans and well-wishers that due to the cancellation of ‘Nigeria Alive’ she was not able to travel to Abuja, Nigeria on December 1, 2007.

“I was really looking forward to performing in Africa for the 1st time and was disappointed to find out that the event would not take place as planned. I hope that a new date will be set in the near future BECAUSE I feel that this event could have a good impact on bringing awareness to the AIDS epidemic.” – CeCile

The aim of ‘Nigeria Alive’, which was scheduled for December 1, 2007 at the Abuja National Stadium in Nigeria, was to awaken the talents in Nigerian young people and raise morale and self-esteem in the under-privileged youths whose hopes have been dashed by the awareness that they are HIV/AIDS carriers.

9Ja Sounds Entertainment, the promoters of the show, has yet to release a new date.
