Reggae Musician Dwight Richards performed a moving Reggae medley during a floral tribute to commemorate the 90TH Anniversary of the birth of the Most Honourable Edward Seaga, former Prime Minister of Jamaica, on Thursday, May 28 at the National Heroes Park in Kingston.
