Members of the Tivoli Dance Troupe give a soulful performance of “To His Honor” during a floral tribute to commemorate the 92nd Anniversary of the birth of the Most Honourable Edward Seaga, former Prime Minister of Jamaica, on Saturday, May 28 at the National Heroes Park in Kingston. The Tivoli Dance troupe is an internationally renowned product of the Tivoli Gardens Community out of Western Kingston, the constituency formerly represented by former Prime Minister Edward Seaga.
