The University of Technology, formerly College of Arts, Science, and Technology is celebrating the expansion of its alumni association with the addition of the C.A.S.T./U.TECH. Alumni of Florida, Inc. The organization will share a toast to the growth of their alumni with the local chapter’s first annual event, A Champagne Reception.
President of the University of Technology, Dr. Errol Morrison, O.J. will be our guest speaker at the event which commences at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday May 2, 2009 at the home of Dr. Marilyn Morrison-Padilla located at 10423 Harrier Street (Hawks Landing), Plantation Florida 33324.
The founders of C.A.S.T./U.TECH. Alumni of Florida, Inc. invite fellow alumni and friends residing in South Florida to celebrate and participate in the expansion of this chapter at this landmark event. A Champagne Reception promises to be an evening filled with reminiscence and amazing live entertainment.
Proceeds from the event will benefit future athletes of C.A.S.T./UTECH by providing athletic scholarships and facilitate the improvement of university’s athletic facilities. A minimum donation of $100.00 per person is being accepted.
