So the Jamaican Government is coming up with a crime plan. There have been 530 murders (as of today) since the beginning of the year. Yesterday a deacon and his 5-daughter were murdered. A friend of mine, Dave Mullings, had the letter of the day in the Gleaner asking

Where Is The “Political Will” To Tackle Jamaica’s Crime Problem?.  I agree with him that the government needs to act immediately to stem the recent crime wave. However will they also tackle to ultimate problem which I believe is education? It is where everything starts. An educated nation allows everyone an opportunity.
