Cuba tourism is on the rise when most of the other Caribbean countries are seeing a decline. They had a 6% increase so far this year. This is impressive when you consider the fact that there is still a US embargo and Americans cannot travel there freely. Imagine when Cuba eventually opens up. Is this a concern for Jamaica?
