The David “Wagga” Hunt (DWH) Scholarship Foundation (Jamaica & Washington DC) Chapters, extend deepest sympathies to the family of Mrs. Paulette Rhoden, OD and to the staff of Crimson Dawn Manufacturing Company Limited, on her untimely passing.
The death of this illustrious trailblazer who was a devoted family matriarch, a mother-figure to most she encountered and an enterprising and visionary business leader, has left a void that will be very difficult to fill. Her life and achievements were consequential, immeasurable, and impactful.
Her unwavering support of the DWH Foundation has strengthened our program, helping us to mold the lives of our scholars, setting them on the path to success. She was our beloved and treasured patron and sponsor of the annual ‘Wagga’ Classic Football Extravaganza at the time of her passing.
We salute her phenomenal contributions to sport, education, and business. Her rich legacy is a template for good citizenship and one which we will proudly preserve and continue to emulate.
