The 13th Annual DC Caribbean Film Festival will kick off on Friday, May 31st at the historic AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center in Silver Spring.  The festival will run through June 2nd.  It is sponsored by TransAfrica Forum, AFI, Caribbean Association of World Bank and IMF Staff (CAWI), Caribbean Professional Network (CPN) and ICS.
 
This year’s selections include a touch of the old as well as the new.
