The St Andrew Born DJ, Dunamis Reignz, who has been recording for over 13 years, is now preparing to release an inspirational and positive album project set to motivate its listeners while reminding them to stay strong and have faith.

The album will be the artiste’s first full length project and is currently being completed. The project is led by the first single called “Stepping Out” which will be officially released this Friday. The track is written by Dunamis himself and was inspired by his own personal health challenges and overcoming then.

“I was constantly in the hospital with no proper diagnosis and when I finally got out I realized that this spiritual warfare and made the decision to rage war against the enemy,” Dunamis shared

The fluent inspirational writer is definitely motivated by many genres including Hip Hop, Reggae, Jazz and Dancehall; he allows his sound to be influenced by his own life experiences and things he sees others around him experience.

“I believe that whenever I write something there should always be a level of soul or emotion behind it and not random ideas. I have to have that connection to the topic in some way,” Dunamis added

The ‘Stepping Out’ track is set to inspire it’s listeners to rise up and stop being cowards in all aspects of their lives.

“Instead of just sitting down and allowing things to happen to us we need to get up and fight and speak out instead of taking any kind of abuse from anyone, ” Dunamis declared

A unique lyric video for the ‘Stepping Out’ single should also be released in short order. The artiste is expected to perform the track on October 26 at an event at Exed Community College as well as in Grants Pen at an outreach event on October 27. The full album project is tentatively set for a pre christmas release date and is executively produced by Dale Dizzle Virgo from DZL Records.
