Deadline: Thursday July 31, 2008
The record date, final day to pay dues in order to participate in JAMPACT’s Board Election, is fast approaching. All persons wishing to become a member and participate in the elections are being asked to pay your dues by July 31, 2008.
The following options may be exercised in the payment of dues:
– Mail dues to Jamaica Impact, Inc., P.O. Box 3794, Grand Central Station, New York, NY, 10163. Make check payable to Jamaica Impact, Inc. Mailing should be postmarked July 31, 2008. Should you decide to use this option please email our membership chair Michael Williams at [email protected] to immediately inform him that you mailed your dues.
– Pay online at http://www.jampact.org/membership/paydues.php. This will immediately notify us of dues payment.
Below is a summary of important election due dates:
July 31 Record Date (i.e., if you wish to vote this is the last day to pay dues)
August 6 Deadline to make nominations for President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Chair & Communications Chair.
August 13 All nominees bios are due
August 13-20 Electronic Voting commences and continues until noon on August 20
August 20 Election and “STATE OF JAMPACT” meeting at 7:00 P.M.
