Description: Executive chef duties
Qualifications: Will hold primary responsibility for creative menu planning; Be able to monitor and control food costBe responsible for ongoing training and service briefings, as well as coordination of culinary preparation for special events; Have attained qualifications in the Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage with proven management and leadership abilities; Have international exposure to and expertise with European, Asian, Caribbean and general Continental Cuisine; Having a sound knowledge of portion control, butchery and sanitation will be of critical importance; A minimum of two (2) years experience as an Executive Chef of a Four Star Resort would be an asset.
