Fashion Meets Reggae for June 28th, 2014, Jamaica

June 28, 2014 will see a spectacular showing of Fashion and Reggae as LMG Shoes & Stuff, Hair At Last and JR Productions presents “Fashion Meets Reggae” at the East Lawns of Devon’s House. The show promises to be spectacular as it is the first time in Jamaica that an event has been organized to showcase equally two sectors in entertainment.

“The idea for the event arised from a need to promote LMG Shoes & Stuff and Hair At Last in the local market in a big way. All parties (JR Productions , LMG Shoes & Stuff and Hair At Last) came together brainstorming and came up with the idea that was inspired by both fashion and music industries. An event like this has never been done in Jamaican and it was only fitting that we do something new and exciting to make a big impact. It’s only fitting because more than anything else music and fashion go together and both industries influence each other worldwide” said Andrew Reid, Marketing Manager of JR Productions.

Patrons will enjoy performances from Junior Reid, Reggae legend Cocoa Tea, Sizzla, The Strong One ‘Etana’, Dancehall Princess Spice, Yung JR, JuJu Blood, Pashon Minott, Emperor Mangasha, Major Manzie among others. The event is the first of its kind in Jamaica and the first of a series of musical events organized by Junior Reid’s JR Productions.

Andrew also said, “In true One Blood style we will be giving our patrons a not to be missed event. You can look out for lots of giveaways and promotional prizes leading up o the event and the spectacular fashion that LMG Shoes & Stuff is brining into the Jamaican market. Loads of planning is going into producing a highly entertaining event, don’t be surprised to see some of our musical guest modeling the latest styles from our event partners. We really want people to come out and get acquainted with a new era in the Jamaican fashion industry as brought to you by LMG Shoes & Stuff & Hair At Last.”

Fashion Meets Reggae will be hosted by the Fluffy Diva Miss Kitty and DJ Amber. Musical selectors for the event include Alley Patch, DJ Sigar & Teacha. The event begins at 7:00PM with reggae show time at 10:00PM. The tickets for the event are $1500 presold and $2000 at the gate general and VIP tickets are only $3500 presold and $4000 at the gate. Fashion Meets Reggae is brought to you in partnership with Rainforest Seafood, Calico Jack Rum Punch, True Juice, BOOM Energy Drink, Best Dressed Chicken and Salada Foods.
