February 2011 Announcements & Events For Law Office Of Safiya Byars (Jamaican)

1. Free consultation for Couples: In honor of Valentine’s Day we are providing free phone consultations to engaged or married couples who will be applying for permanent residence, “green card”,  in 2011. All interested couples should contact our office at 678-954-5809/404-992-6506 or send an email to [email protected].  This event will run until February 28, 2011.

2. Free representation for citizenship cases: My firm’s goal for 2011 is to help deserving applicants to acquire their U.S Citizenship. My firm is offering to represent these individuals at no cost. The applicant will still be responsible for paying their immigration filing fees and miscellaneous costs. However, my firm has opted to waive our legal fee. We will prepare and submit the applicant’s citizenship application and we will also attend the applicant’s citizenship interview. We are giving away 1 free citizenship package per month. Individuals who are interested should send an email with their name, address, phone number, and a brief essay telling us why they want to become a U.S Citizen. I will review all the emails and select one winner for each month. The winner will be announced on the 20th of each month. Applicants should have no felony criminal convictions.
