The Consulate General of Jamaica, in collaboration with the American Cancer Society, will host a free health fair for Jamaican women in the tri-state area on Sunday, May 16, 2004 at the Fashion Institute of Technology. The Fashion Institute is located at 560 7th Avenue (corner of 8th Ave and 27th Street in Manhattan) and the fair will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in Building A in the 6th floor faculty dining room.
Billed as the Jamaican Women Abroad Health Fair, the event will offer the following health care information and screening opportunities:
