Organizers of the annual Putnam County Wine & Food Fest recently announced that they have signed a deal with Gyde.ly to power their festival’s app that will be available for free download on all smart phones and tablets. The new app will be rolled out to customers on July 1, 2013.
“Gyde.ly is very excited to partner with the Putnam County Food & Wine Festival to power their first mobile app” said Shane Mayer, Gyde.ly’s Founder.
“The app will serve as the event guide for the festival, supplying attendees with all the information they need including maps, schedule and more! Check the iPhone and Android app markets to get your guide” he said.
“This event-based app is an effective way to deliver festival content to potential festival attendees, sponsor branded pages and sponsor branded activities that never existed for us before,” event CEO Lauren Drummond said.
“It allows us to continually promote the festival and connect with fans around the world. Now whether you attend the wine festival or not, you can follow us on an app that is constantly updated,” Drummond noted.
