Location: Club Kingston/Club MoBay, Kingston and St. Andrew; St. James

Description: Works consistently with a positive, friendly, efficient and ‘can do’ attitude; has the respect of fellow team members who have confidence in his/her ability to support team efforts and achievements; has a strong sense of self-confidence; is well motivated, takes initiative and is a self-starter; Providing the highest level of pleasant, efficient and accurate service; Coordinate a variety of day to day activities; Organizing work schedule of the staff; To ensure the staff operates efficiently and profitably; Communicate and delegate responsibilities to all team members; Respond promptly to the enquiries of the staff and motivate them; Ensure adherence to all Lounge operating policies and procedures; Ensure that the employees adhere to the companies standard; Meeting and Greeting with customers and organizing reservations; Inspect Lounge for cleanliness; Plan and coordinate food menu; Respond to customer complaints; Ensuring that daily reports are completed and accurate

Qualifications: Academically qualified to a Degree, diploma or equivalent level in the hospitality Industry; Must be computer literate; Must be able to work flexible work hours, nights and weekends; Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality or tourism industries; TPDCO Team Jamaica Certification is an asset; Submission of an incident free Police Record is mandatory; 3 references to be provided upon request. The ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage; Excellent eye for detail and the ability to multi-task; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Must be a highly motivated, dynamic individual; Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic, professional and polished.
