Attorney Safiya Byars will be conducting her annual immigration workshop on Saturday, December 5, 2009.  The workshop will focus on the inner workings of the removal/deportation court and the avenues of relief from removal. This workshop is designed to help anyone who is currently in removal proceedings or anyone who has family members in removal proceedings.  The workshop will run for five hours with two sets of presentations and an in-depth question and answer session for all attendants.
