Caribbean Media Marketing, has announced a change of venue and rescheduling of its Grant Writing Boot Camp. The new date is July 16 & 17, 2009. The two day training sessions will take place at the NYC ACTSO/NAACP Building, 96 270 W 96th St, Manhattan New York, (between Broadway & West End Ave).
The workshop, which is geared towards individuals and non-profit staff professionals, promises two intense days of “teaching and learning”.
The two-day training will cover: How to support a claim for resources; How to develop clear measurable outcomes; How to evaluate a grant proposal; Ways in which technology supports the grant process; How program planning relates to the grant process; What resources are available to conduct grant research and, The process of defining needs and constructing a need statement.
The training will be conducted by Isaac L. Dorsey, MPA, Executive/Head Start Director, Somerset Community Action Program (SCAP), Somerset, N.J.
Space is limited to twenty and pre-registration is required.
