I heard sports radio shows talking today about how can someone so cocky be so loved. They also mentioned NBA players….It’s a show. Off camera Bolt seems to be down to earth and not arrogant. For example Many NBA players do not acknowledge the fans with high fives when going into the tunnel…Bolt will greet and joke with just about anyone.

There was mention of Ali being loved and cocky however I think he became loved years after he stopped fighting and was diagnosed with Alzheimer. All the athletes I can remember who were on top of their game and was cocky jut seem to have a bad personality or just do not relate to regular people. There seems to be none who has the blend Bolt has.
