LOCATION: Sagicor/PanCaribbean, Kingston and St Andrew
Description: Log and follow-up on all helpdesk issues to ensure that Service and Organizational Level Agreements are met; Deliver application support to end users across several business units to efficiently and effectively fulfill business objectives; Maintain daily system logs and/or execute maintenance checks for core banking systems to ensure operating and procedural consistency; Execute system configurations and end of cycle batch procedures as needed to support application testing and major project implementations; Assist with User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing
Qualifications: Minimum of two years experience supporting multiple business systems; Excellent problem solving, planning and organizational skills; Strong oral and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Strong customer service focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service; Must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
