Jah Cure’s management, Danger Zone Records, has made the decision to cancel the 3 Jah Cure performances in the Caribbean scheduled for September, so that Curefest (October 12-14) will be Jah Cure’s 1st performance in the Caribbean.

“At the time the dates in Grenada, St. Maarten and Tortola were confirmed, Curefest was set for August and would have been Cure’s 1 st Caribbean performance. Now that Curefest has moved to October because of Jamaica’s elections, we feel that Jamaican’s have a right to be the first Caribbean fans to have a chance to see Jah Cure live, so have cancelled the dates in September” Explains Delmar Drummond of Danger Zone Records.

Curefest marks Jah Cure’s first performance in the Caribbean in 8 years and is set for October 12 – 14, 2007 at The Ruins At The Falls and James Bond Beach. Danger Promotions, Iyah Cure Promotions and Brass Gate Promotions teamed up to present this 3-day event focusing on the work and music of Jah Cure.
