jamaica is this year’s Leading Caribbean Destination and Leading Caribbean Cruise Destination as determined by the World Travel Awards. The annual Caribbean & North America Gala Ceremony took place at the Sandals Montego Bay on September 22, 2018. For the 12th year, the Jamaica Tourist Board is the Caribbean’s Leading Tourist Board. Additionally, the Port of Ocho Rios was awarded Caribbean’s Leading Cruise Port and the Port of Montego Bay was awarded Caribbean’s Leading Home Port.
