A shapely and vivacious Jamaican beauty, Akelia who beat out 12 contestants at Hedonism 11 in Negril a few weeks ago to win the annual Miss Black Nude Pageant is again counting her luck stars. We have been reliably informed that Akelia may have landed a lead role on hip-hop’s biggest multi-platinum artiste 50 Cent for his next video campaign once a deal can be finalized.

Akelia’s good luck is credited to a buzzing youtube, some sexy photos, her vivacious personality and having a hot photo featured in numerous news publications here in the USA. Akelia who currently lives in Westmorland was born in St Andrew and attended Meadowbrook High School in Kingston. At the Negril contest, Akelia did a clean sweep of all the sectional prizes and the new queen shot a swim wear spread for New York-based Smooth Magazine. Akelia created history by being the first Jamaican to win the Miss Black Nude contest.
