Jamaican-born, California based tv-series actress, model, luxury footwear designer and self-published author Belle Angel is pushing the boundaries of beauty in the modeling industry.
The ageless, timeless beauty Dorcas Bennett, otherwise known as Belle Angel, has entered the world-renowned Maxim Cover Girl online competition. A classic and timeless beauty, she is in the running as Number 8 in the Warrior Section.

In order to keep relevant in these COVID-19 unknown times, where the modeling industry has been halted, the contest allows people to choose and continually vote for their favourite Maxim cover girl. In addition to the $25,000 grand prize, the winner will enjoy a lavish photoshoot with legendary Gilles Bensimmon.
Not afraid of the spotlight, Dorcas Bennett, otherwise known as Belle Angel started her acting career in her early teens on the children’s tv show Ring Ding which was hosted by folk icon Louise Bennett-Coverely.
At fifteen, she moved to the US. and has since made a solid career appearing on many tv shows including Two and a Half Men (2003), SWAT (2017) with Shemar Moore, 911 with Angela Bassett (2018) and more recently, drama series called All Rise (2019) on CBS.
Her most memorable role was in Nobodies in 2018 where she played comedian Cedric The Entertainer’s wife.
She’s also modeled throughout her life, has won many beauty contests, created her own pageants, and worked in Europe (France, Germany, and Spain).
When asked what her secret talent is, Belle Angel revealed, “I’m the inventor of KTyler signature luxury green-bottom footwear. My mission is to empower women of all ages to be sexy and strong.”
She’s also a divorcee and a mother of two with a long-standing career on television, in Hollywood, in spite of ageism.
If she wins she will donate half of the grand prize to a charity to help families who are facing hardship due to COVID-19.
