Jamaican Rachel Biesray won the Miss Divali Nagar 2014 crown in Trinidad and Tobago on October 19th, 2014. The 12 delegates were from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Suriname, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Guyana. The pageant was part of  the show at the National Council of Indian Culture (NCIC) Divali Nagar celebrations.  Read more at The Trinidad Express
