Jamaica Progressive League, Inc. NY

Saturday, September 16, 2006, 6:00 pm, the League will host a Domino and Spades Tournament at its headquarters at 2230 Light Street, Bronx, NY 10466. Proceeds of this event will go towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

The League is proud to sponsor one of its own members, Kassandra Campbell, as she participates in the San Francisco marathon on October 26, 2006, in an effort to raise more funds.

This year the League will celebrate 70 years of existence and is as relevant today as it was when it was first organized. As it reclaims its place in the community, we ask that you join us as we take on some of the challenges to help ease the pressure off our fellow citizens.

Persons who wish to participate in the tournaments are required to pay entry fees as follows: $15.00 for pre-registered entrants and $20.00 for tournament day entrants. Their will lots fun, food, music and chances to win great prizes.
