Jamaica Puts Children First At Annual Charity Golf Classic

The Jamaica Tourist Board had a strong presence at the St. Ives Country Club lending support to the 2010 Putting Children First Charity Golf Classic on April 27, 2010. Tamara Christie, Jamaica Tourist Board’s Business Development Manager, Georgia, North & South Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas took time to greet Doug Russ, President of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce. One of the 65 golf participants looks on as Christie shares information on Jamaica’s golf offerings. The event, hosted by the Benevolent Missions of Atlanta, sought to raise funds for disadvantaged and at risk children in metropolitan Atlanta and the island of Jamaica.
