Jamaica’s 51st Independence Anniversary Gala & 2013 Diaspora Honours, August 3rd, 2013, Florida

The Consulate General of Jamaica and the Jamaica United Relief Association are pleased to be associated in the presentation of the community-wide commemoration of the 51st Anniversary of Jamaica’s Independence at our Gala Banquet & Awards Ceremony themed: “United…..the Journey Continues”. This will be held on Saturday August 3, 2013 at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida.

On behalf of the Jamaican Diaspora in Florida and the Southern USA and the JURA family, together, we cordially invite friends and supporters to join us for an evening of elegant celebration and official recognition of our distinguished community honourees. Our fundraising efforts will benefit two worthy causes, JURA’s scholarship and social welfare fund and the Jamaica Diaspora Legacy Foundation – both of which focus on enriching lives in the Jamaican-American, Caribbean Diaspora, and wider community.
