In another “industry-first” in the tri-state area, organizers of North America’s premier reggae festival Irie Jamboree will stream multi-camera coverage of the 2009 concert live online at www.iriejamboree.com from the York College Outdoor complex in Queens, NY to thousands of reggae lovers globally.
The high-energy concert and online streaming starts at 1:00pm Eastern time and will feature more than ten hours of live performances and interviews with all the the top acts slated to perform including Grammy winner Sean Paul, Mr. Vegas, TOK, Assassin, Spice, Chino, Barbee, Anthony Cruz, Laden, Pinchers, Daddy Lizard, Shinehead, Flourgon, Lady G, Tony Rebel, Queen Ifrica, Bushman, Ras Shiloh, Ras Penco, Natural Blacks, Gramps Morgan, Freddy McGregor, Ken Boothe, Sugar Minott, JUNO reggae winner Humble, Steele and Tasha T. A a pre-show warm-up will begin at noon.
