PHILADELPHIA, USA — Holmwood Technical will start their defence of three titles as the 117th Penn Relays Carnival gets into high gear here at Franklin Field Stadium today.

After winning just one title from 2008-2009, the Maurice Wilson-coached Holmwood came back with a vengeance last year, winning the 4×100, 4×400 and 4×800 and will start favourites. Read more >>
