JOB TITLE: Administrative Officer

LOCATION:  Overseas Examinations Commission, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Provides overall administrative support to the Deputy Director in all aspects of the examination process; Responsible for the coordination of all Professional examinations proctored by the Commission; Assists with the training of Examination personnel at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or Public Administration, Management, or any other related field from a recognized institution; Diploma in Education would be an asset; Training in Supervisory Management; Training in Customer Service Management; A minimum of five (5) years’ working experience in a related educational field; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent knowledge of computer applications and software; Excellent managerial skills in terms of organizing, delegating, monitoring and effectively carrying out job functions; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Meticulous in work processes and delivery and has high integrity and ethical standards; Ability to work efficiently and effective under pressure to meet deadlines.
