LOCATION: North East Regional Health Authority. St. Ann
DESCRIPTION: Responsible for maintaining air condition and refrigeration units throughout the Region; Ensuring that morgue refrigeration and all other refrigeration units are maintained to manufacturer’s specifications; Ensuring that all air condition units are maintained to manufacturer’s specifications; Monitoring the service performed by outside air condition and refrigeration contractors; Ensuring that preventive maintenance schedules are carried out on a timely basis as per supervisor instruction.
QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate in Air Condition and Refrigeration from a recognized institution; Minimum of three (3) years experience in air condition and refrigeration; Knowledgeable of all brands of air condition and refrigerators; Training and techniques necessary to accomplish objectives; Ability to analyze and interpret equipment performance data; Good time management & interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written format; Ability to work as part of a team; Dynamic, proactive and forward thinking individual
