Staff WriterJOB TITLE: Aircraft Mechanics
LOCATION: Fly Jamaica, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Perform all necessary and authorized maintenance on aircraft, aircraft engines, accessories and functions; Be familiar with and perform general trouble-shooting on aircraft systems; Perform routine maintenance services, repairs, modifications on aircraft to FAA regulations, manufacturer’s specifications and company standards; Perform aircraft run-ups and operational checks of aircraft systems; Maintain company equipment and tools; Release aircraft for routine daily flights as required; Be responsible for maintaining immediate work areas in a neat and orderly condition; Be familiar with the company maintenance paperwork related to aircraft records, service forms and log book handling; Comply with the safety and security policies established for Corporate Air Transport; Conduct maintenance operations in the field in accordance with established procedures; Accompany aircraft on flight as required; Strong interpersonal and computer skills; Have a valid driver’s license; Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: A & P License with 5 years on jet aircraft, preferable B757/B767 with ATA 104, Level III; Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification and background check; Must be in good health and willing to be part of a vibrant Maintenance Team; Must be willing to travel
