JOB TITLE: Applications Administrator/Technical Support Officer
LOCATION: EXIM Bank. Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Reviewing and implementing new systems processes to match business requirements; Administering the main software systems used by the Bank; Managing the use of Fiserv’s ICBS system and any related interfaces and keeping users abreast of all modifications and updates to software applications implemented by the Bank; Supervise, guide and monitor the work of the direct reports, the Programmer / Analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS: Solid working experience in an IBM AS400/iSeries environment; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer related discipline from an accredited institution, plus 5 years working experience in Information Technology OR Diploma from a recognized institution in related disciplines, plus 6 years working experience in Information Technology; Excellent working knowledge of RPG400/ILE and CL/400/ILE programming languages and their associated programming tools; Excellent working knowledge of the security and application administrator’s function in FISERV’s ICBS system; Knowledge of OnBase, WorthIT, SWIFT Alliance Lite and IMS Dashboard Systems Administrator roles and functions; Knowledge of the EZ-Pickins software reporting tool; Knowledge of BNS Online Company System Administrator roles and functions; Knowledge of Banking operations procedures and policies; Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels; Good project management skills; The drive and focus to appropriately meet customer requirements and concerns in a timely manner; Good human relations skills with emphasis on promoting excellent teamwork and spirit; High level of integrity and ethical standards.
