LOCATION: INDECOM Jamaica, Montego Bay
DESCRIPTION: To take detailed and comprehensive statements from walk-in complainants; Assisting the Investigators with investigations and their resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate Degree; Two (2) years working experience in customer service or the service industry; Certificate in Investigative methods and principles is an asset but not required; Good analytical and judgmental skills; Good interpersonal skills; Good communication skills: verbal, written and non-verbal; Physical strength and fitness is a prerequisite for the job
