JOB TITLE: Assistant Restaurant Managers

LOCATION:  Restaurant Associates, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the management of assigned team members in accordance with Company Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards; Assisting with the general operations within the restaurant; Assist with administrative functions assigned; Continuously working towards consistent, high level of customer service and meal preparation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc Degree in Food and Beverage Management or Diploma in Institutional Management or equivalent qualification; A minimum of three (3 years) experience in the food service industry, in a supervisory position; A passion for the food and hospital industry; Excellent inter-personal skills; Excellent time management skills; Be able to work shifts Monday to Friday, weekends and on Public Holidays
