Description: Call center duties
Qualifications: Must be 18 years and over; At least 3 C.X.C. or equivalent including English Language; Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Drivers License); Must be computer literate; Strong Time Management skills; Results oriented; Ability to multitask and navigate; Strong attention to detail; Quality focused; Strong decision making skills; Strong problem solving skills; Team player; 1-2 years previous experience in a call center environment preferred. Due to the needs of our clients you must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes working until 1:00 A.M.
