LOCATION: Ministry of Finance & Planning, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Process and submit for payment utility bills as well as those relating to contracts in respect of sanitary bins and newspaper subscriptions; process for payments, bills submitted by service providers; monitor payments for private telephone calls by officers of the Ministry; provide administrative support and supervise two billing clerks
QUALIFICATIONS: Five (5) subjects at GCE/CXC including English and Mathematics; Two (2) years related work experience; Training in Records Management; Good numeric skills; Basic computer skills
